What's New
Kid's Classes:
Yoga Kids (ages 8-12): Mondays in October,  Youth Training (ages 8-10), Tween Training (ages 11-13),  Fit Kids (ages 3-5). 

Easy Does It Classes:
Yoga 101, Easy Does It Total Body, Easy Does It Cardio (perfect for seniors, pregnant women, and anyone new to exercising.

Group Workouts/Weight Loss:
Basic Training: training for newbie exercisers, The Biggest Loser Challenge (September 13th), Body 911, Grid Iron Girl Challenge(October), Jeannie's Losin' It(October), and Weight Watchers(September), Spring Training Challenge, etc.

Additional Workshops:
CPR: September 13th 10:45am, Nutrional Workshops, Free Monthly "Talk With A Trainer":  This month:  Types of Training!

Holidays:
Closed:   New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, (Thanksgiving:  open 7:30am-9:30am sign-up for classes/no child care), Christmas Day.
Holiday Schedule/Child care sign-up:   MLK, President's Day, Patriot's Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.  (Child care sign-up all holidays & school vacations)
